The Gym
A state-of-the-art gymnastics facility that is clean, bright, and welcoming. EPIC Gym features top-of-the-line Spieth America equipment, including a 42x42ft sprung competition floor, two vaults, uneven bars and single rail bars, four 16ft competition beams, and a 40ft tumble track. And a 12ft high rock wall for bouldering!
Recreational Gymnastics
Structured weekly classes, with a guaranteed maximum student:teacher ratio of 8:1. Standardized curriculum, with instruction tailored to each child’s individual skill level. Our propriety EPIC level system ensures each child will be challenged, but leave feeling successful.
Competitive Gymnastics
An intensive program demanding the highest level of commitment from both athletes and their parents. Our competitive girls train a minimum of 2 days per week, and attend competitions across Ontario. This program is by invitation only, please speak to us to schedule a tryout.
Follow Along Fun!
Enjoy a taste of the EPIC experience, with 2-10 minute mini classes your child can follow along with from home. These video mini classes are lead by our NCCP certified, high-energy coaches. They are FREE for everyone to enjoy, but are aimed at kids ages 2-6.
